This scheme is administered by the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA). You can apply for compensation online.
The Scheme explains:
- the rules about applying
- the types of compensation CICA can pay
- why you may not get compensation
- what to do if you do not agree with CICA’s decision
This scheme applies from 13 June 2019 onwards.
