EX50 is the main fee schedule for the civil and family courts, published by HMCTS and updated when the fees order changes.

Fees differ by chamber, and several tribunals charge none at all.
Where fees come from
Fees are set by statutory instrument. When a schedule changes, the SI is the authority for the change and its commencement date.
