Why each one is absent, with the source’s own terms where it states any. Some are excluded by their licence; others are simply not covered here yet. Those are different things, so they are not described as though they were the same.
Find Case Law. Not ingested. The Open Justice Licence excludes computational analysis, including indexing, so this site links to Find Case Law and does not copy or index its content.

Sentencing Council. Not indexed here yet. The Council's own terms permit re-use under the Open Government Licence v3.0 - the same licence as every source this site does index - so this is a gap in our coverage rather than a restriction placed on us. Sentencing guidelines are a known omission, not a refusal.
