Remote Participation Review

The Remote Participation Review was launched in July 2024 at the request of the Lady Chief Justice, and was led by the Deputy Senior Presiding Judge, Lady Justice Yip. The Review was supported by the Judicial Office Strategy & Modernisation team in conjunction with the HMCTS Remote Participation Programme. 

Updated guidance for Civil, Family and the Tribunals was published in June 2026 and can be found below.
