Amended Practice Statement issued by Senior President of Tribunals

The Senior President of Tribunals has issued an amended Practice Statement authorising tribunal caseworkers of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) to carry out functions of a judicial nature.

The revision allows tribunal caseworkers to be authorised by the Chamber President to exercise withdrawal functions under Rule 17(2).
