The new Form D81 (external link, opens in a new tab) (Statement of information for a consent order in relation to a financial remedy) has been published by the Government’s assets publishing service. Pursuant to FPR r. 5.1(1) and PD 5A para 1.1 and tables 1 and 2, the new form is to be used immediately. However, the FRC will continue to accept consent orders accompanied by the old form provided that the old form has been signed no later than Friday, 18 February 2022.
