Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal Appointment Protocol 2020

The Master of the Rolls has today issued a Protocol setting out the process which is to govern the appointment of members of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. The Master of the Rolls is responsible for making such appointments, under section 46 of the Solicitors Act 1974.
