Upper Tribunal's Immigration and Asylum Chamber - anonymity guidance

The Upper Tribunal’s Immigration and Asylum Chamber has issued its latest guidance on anonymity orders and hearings in private.

Guidance Note 2022 No 2 has been issued under paragraph 7 of Schedule 4 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007. It replaces Guidance Note 2013 No 1: Anonymity Orders.
