A new updated version of the Queen’s Bench Masters Listing and Action Department – Information for Court Users has been issued.

It includes information on submitting claim forms and applications, hearings before Masters at the Royal Courts of Justice, remote hearings, hearing bundles, and clerk and contact details.

These practical measures will remain in place until further notice, to assist the court to deal with its business as efficiently as possible.
