Practice Note: Commercial Court

The Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court, Mrs Justice Cockerill, has published a Practice Note.

This raises concerns about inadequate time estimates (particularly in longer applications and trials) and their effect on the conduct of hearings in the Commercial Court.

Parties are warned that inadequate time estimates may result in cases being stood out of the list.
