International training

The International Training Committee oversees international training provided by judges and the Judicial College.

International training engagements facilitated by the College focus on:

• Developing and strengthening international training partnerships
• Supporting international judiciaries to enhance their capacity and capability
• Sharing best practice and learning from others

The College regularly provides opportunities for international judiciaries to attend or observe training, and participates in domestic and international networks such as:

• United Kingdom and Ireland Judicial Studies Council
• European Network of Councils for the Judiciary
• European Judicial Training Network
• International Organisation for Judicial Training
