Objective

To examine the feasibility of:

1. a standard format for medical reports
2. amending the MRO agreement to allow direct communication between solicitors and medical experts instructed.

Outcome

Work was delayed pending a positive outcome of the Predictable Damages Working Party. Without agreement on calibration of software system, it was considered that work to standardise medical reports was not relevant. This position is subject to review.
