Commercial Court User Group Meeting – May 2022

The Judges of the Commercial Court recently met with users to provide updates and answer questions on the Court’s business.

Topics covered included the impact of COVID-19 and sanctions related business, lead times in the Court and for appeals, listing matters, and trials outside London as well as an update on the business of the Standing International Forum of Commercial Courts (SIFoCC).
