Family Reporting Pilot extended to private law

On 31 January 2023, the reporting pilot launched in Leeds, Cardiff and Carlisle. The pilot launched initially in public law cases only.

Today (Monday 15 May 2023), the pilot will extend to private law.

The bulletin attached below sets out some further guidance on issues that have been raised so far, and dealt with as part of the reviewing process.

A newer version of the template Transparency Order has also been published below, which we encourage all practitioners to use.
