Updates to the Commercial Court Guide and Circuit Commercial Court Guide

Updates to the 11th edition of the Commercial Court Guide and to the 2022 edition of the Circuit Commercial Court Guide are published today.

The Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court, Mr Justice Foxton, explains that “this 2023 update to the 11th edition of the Commercial Court Guide reflects the Court’s determination to ensure that the Guide remains a current and comprehensive statement of the Court’s practice and procedure. The revisions reflect the experience of the Court’s Judges and input from the Court’s users. We are always grateful for suggestions as to how the Guide can be improved, which can, as appropriate, be incorporated into further revisions or editions”.
