Lord Justice Miles

Lord Justice Miles was educated at the University of Oxford. He was called to the Bar in 1987 and was appointed Queen’s Counsel (now King’s Counsel) in 2002.

He became a Deputy High Court Judge in 2006. He was the Attorney-General of the Duchy of Lancaster between 2012 and 2020.

He became a Judge of the High Court, assigned to the Chancery Division, in 2020.

He was appointed to the Court of Appeal in October 2025.
