Insolvency Proceedings Practice Direction: Specified Specialist Hearing Centres

This Practice Direction shall replace all previous Insolvency Proceedings Practice Directions on Specified Specialist Hearing Centres.
Pursuant to paragraph 3.6 (c) of the Insolvency Proceedings Practice Direction the County Court hearing centres not located at the Rolls Building or a Business and Property Division District Registry which are specified by the President as “specialist” for the purpose of receiving transfers are:
- Croydon
- Hastings
- Medway
- Preston
- Romford
