Insolvency Proceedings Practice Direction: Specified Specialist Hearing Centres

Pursuant to paragraph 3.6 (c) of the Insolvency Proceedings Practice Direction the County Court hearing centres not located at Business and Property Courts which are specified by the Chancellor as “specialist” for the purpose of receiving transfers are:
- Brighton
- Croydon
- Medway
- Preston
- Romford
