Senior Courts Costs Office Guide - the 2021 version is now available

The latest version of the Senior Courts Costs Office Guide has been published.

This 2021 update hasn’t changed extensively from when it was last published in 2018, but reflects some fundamental changes in practice which occurred before COVID-19 and which have been increased as a result of it.

The 2021 version of the Guide is available to read below.

The expectation is that future changes to the Guide will be captured by regular revision rather than a five or six yearly review, as has happened previously.

To facilitate such changes the Guide will exist only electronically, although it may also be reproduced in practitioners’ commentaries.
