The Admiralty Judge here issues a Practice Note concerning the possible future application of new CPR PD 57AC to specialist Admiralty Claims.

It is hoped that the question will be considered by the Civil Procedure Rules Committee later this year.  The Practice Note provides information and some guidance for practitioners in advance.
