Guidance on Nautical Assessors’ Fees – Practice Note

The Admiralty Judge here issues a Practice Note giving guidance on terms of remuneration for assessors sitting in Admiralty matters for hearings commencing on or after 1 September 2021.  It updates and replaces the previous Practice Note issued in 2019.
