Recent events featuring the judges of the Commercial Court are now accessible online.
The Commercial Court’s seminar “Topical Issues in Shipping Law” is now available to view on YouTube (external link, opens in a new tab).
Mr Justice Jacobs’ inaugural Arnould Lecture entitled ‘Can you judge a policy by its cover: how important is the text, and do you need to read it?’, which took place on 29 September, is available to read online (external link, opens in a new tab).
And Mr Justice Foxton’s seminar for the Commercial Bar Association (COMBAR), entitled ‘The jurisdictional gateways: some (very) modest proposals’, will be published in Lloyd’s Maritime and Commercial Law Quarterly in February 2022.
