Master Pester

Iain Pester was called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn in 1999. He practised at the Chancery Bar, with a particular specialisation on company and partnership disputes, and civil fraud. He contributed for many years to Goldrein on Commercial Litigation: Pre-Emptive Remedies, and was a member of the Chancery Bar Association Equality and Diversity Sub-Committee.

Iain was appointed a Master of the High Court (Chancery Division) in January 2021.
