Chancery Masters

Chief Master Shuman

Master Shuman was called to the Bar in 1991. She was made a Chancery Master in 2017 and appointed Chief Master in 2021. She is chair of the Equality Diversity and Inclusion Committee at Lincoln’s Inn and co-convener of the Inns Court Women’s Alliance.

Master Clark

Master Clark was called to the Bar in 1984. She was appointed as a Chancery Master in 2015.

Master Kaye

Master Kaye qualified as a solicitor at Russell-Cooke in 1991. She became a partner in 1996. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2003 and as a Deputy Master of the Chancery Division in 2016. She took up appointment as a Chancery Master in 2019.

Master Brightwell

Master Brightwell was called to the Bar in 2000. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 2010 and a Deputy Chancery Master in 2020. He became a Chancery Master in 2023. He is a co-author of the 20th edition of Lewin on Trusts.
