The Standing International Forum of Commercial Courts

The Standing International Forum of Commercial Courts (SIFoCC) brings together commercial courts from across the world.

The objectives of SIFoCC are to:

• share best practice in commercial dispute resolution
• support the rule of law and
• support developing countries in their own work on resolving commercial disputes

Over 58 member jurisdictions contribute to global legal stability, especially in the developing world and emerging markets.

The SIFoCC Secretariat is based in the Judicial Office in London, and supported by the Corporation of London.
