A Practice Direction has been issued, applying to all appeals of Employment Tribunal decisions sent to the parties on or after 2 March 2026. It applies to England, Wales and Scotland.
This Practice Direction explains the procedures of the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
It sets out procedural requirements with which parties are expected to comply. To help parties, including litigants in person, the Practice Direction is intended to deal comprehensively with essential procedural requirements. It can be read below.
