Senior President of Tribunals’ Consultation on Panel Composition 2022

The previous Senior President issued a consultation on proposed changes to panel composition on 18 February 2020. On 18 March 2020, at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, the Senior President implemented temporary changes to panel composition which did not expire until 18 September 2021. This consultation is intended to gather further views on the original proposals based on experiences in light of the time that has passed, and also on some new proposals which have emerged since then. Please find the consultation document attached below.

Responses to the consultation are invited by 5pm on Friday 5 August.
