Senior President of Tribunals’ Consultation on Panel Composition in the Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal

The deadline for responses to this consultation has been extended to 27 April 2023.

This is a consultation paper seeking views on proposals as to how the Senior President of Tribunals’ should exercise powers to determine the composition of the employment tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunal, which will be conferred under section 35 of the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022.
