Update from the Senior President of Tribunals: panel composition

The Senior President of Tribunals, Sir Keith Lindblom, is grateful to those who have taken the time to respond to the consultation paper on panel composition in the Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal, which was published on 30 January 2023.
Because the consultation was issued in anticipation of powers being delegated to the Senior President under section 35 of the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022, he has decided to defer considering the responses until such time as those powers have been delegated to him.
